Swing Life Away

by andrew corn

Living by myself these past two weeks has been great. I’ve had so much stuff that needed to get done and while I haven’t got all of it done I’ve got a fair share of it crossed off my list. Joanna comes back on Saturday though so I’ve got to get this place cleaned back up. Then sometime after we get back from rafting she’ll be moving out and Tyler will be moving in. I should probably get his contact info and invite him over on Saturday. Let’s just put that on my list and see if it get’s crossed off.

Camera Fixed!

by andrew corn

I was about to break down and buy a new camera (Canon SD20) but decieded to take mine apart and see if I could fix it myself. After getting all the little screws out and the cover off I found out that there was a loose screw inside the camera and once that was tightened everything worked! I wish I would have taken the inititive a while back because there were a lot of great memories that have happened over the last few months that could have been recorded. Ohh well at least I’ll have it for this weekend. I decieded not to go home for the ND game because we lost to Minnesota. That and I would have to find a dog sitter for Riley. Well I still have to find a dog sitter for when I go Rafting and home for homecoming but this gives me a little longer to procrastinate.

Thinking

by andrew corn

This weekend was a crazy good time. . . . minus the purdue loss. Friday night we had a mini beer pong tourney going at my place and then hit up Charlotte Shout for a little while. It was a long week at work and around midnight I was ready to call it a night. Saturday we went to the Purdue game watch which was pretty fun despite the fact that Fox and Hounds gave us the shitty tv and we lots the game. Birkdale village though was a pretty neat place and I definetly want to spend some time there one day. It just stinks that it’s so far away. After the game me, todd, katie, and craig met up at my place and hit up shout again. Then I headed over to Yarissa’s neighbors for some more pong action. (Seriously haven’t I graduated college?) Then we went to Dixies which was probably the most fun I’ve had out in the bars for a while. It was good to see the Hamilton of old out again.
