Sex Panther
So as crazy as last week was I knew when Amy and Dan got here things would get even crazier. Dan arrived on Wednesday and we went straight to the Gin Mill to listen to Carmen’s friend band and play some shuffleboard. Beers seemed to flow all night long and on the way home Katie got a little confused about the difference between an orange construction cone and a turkey. . . . video will be up sometime.
RENT
Last night I went with a group of friends to a pre screening of rent. The movie was very well done and I recommend seeing it . .. provided you have a lot of time to kill. The movie was long but I understand the big uproar there would be if a song got left out. Me and Amy was just in a hurry to watch the Packers-Vikings Game last night. One of the lines that got me thinking in the movie was from the song “Your Eyes”. The line was “Why Does Distance Make Us Wise?” It struck a chord with me when I heard it cause it rings so true.
Crazy night!
Ummm yeah the party friday night was crazy. . .several girls forced me to take their picture topless (with acorn sensors of course . .. this site is pg-13).
Saturday we celebrated Kim’s birthday and now I’m waiting on Amy to get in town . .. If this weekend was crazy it can only get crazier as Amy and Dan arrive. Can’t wait!

Softball’s over
So now that the softball season is officially over I can go to the doctor and see about them breaking my pinky and resetting it. The more I look at it I realize I need to get it done. I’m sad that softball is over but relieved somewhat. IT is getting cold. The high today is only in the 50s. . . brrrrr. At least I’m not in Indiana I was reading the exponent online the other day and it said there was a chance of snow. Cory talked with her mom before the softball game and said that it was snowing in Ohio. . . HAHA suckers! This weekend should be fun as always with lots going on. And the icing on the cake is that AMY comes down to visit for the week on Sunday .. . hopefully switt can get someone to cover his shift this weekend and make it down as well.
Over-Reacted
Okay so a few weeks ago I definetly over reacted to something that I shouldn’t have but I did the right thing by waiting it out. I have a tendency to over- react a lot when it comes to certain things. I guess there are just certain things that get me all wound up and I’m working on that. Most people in Charlotte think I’m pretty easy going but really I think that I just have learned to control myself in most areas. Still struggling with one but i’ve been working on that.
