the waiting game
uggh i hate this. I hate waiting. I hate not knowing what the future holds and how it’s going to effect me. There are so many things right now in my life that I’m waiting on; the amount of my raise, apartment renewal rate, dates of upcoming trips and now I have to wait on another thing. I wish I could speed up the process, i wish I knew the answer and what the future holds . . . .but I don’t. So I’m sitting here waiting. I have learned many things from my past and one of the things is that that you have to give people time to make the best decision and that if i try to force it I’ll just make things worse for myself.
weekend plans
yup that’s right I plan to do nothing. . . . and so looking forward to a free weekend where I’m not leaving town or have someplace I’m suppose to be.
random updates
So work has been a lot busier this week then anticipated. I have a contractor from Avaya onsite doing some work for me and the project has rolled out as smoothly as I had hoped. Everything is still on track but all these little bumps keep popping up that I have to keep pounding down so I havent’ got some of the other things done that I need to. I’m not really falling behind right now but it seems like if I don’t take care of them now I’ll get slammed later.
Photos Up
New photos are posted from the last several trips. I have been slacking in that department but work has been super busy and with everything else going on in my life I haven’t had much time to work on other things. While I was down-converting the pictures to web quality I accidently got rid of the full size images. As a result I’ve spent the last few hours working on restoring them. Windows can be so frustrating. I did find a pretty good program to restore deleted files but it wasn’t able to recove everything. I think I should be able to get some from friends that I gave full size copies to (craig/perry you’ll be getting emails from me soon).

I know it’s been a while but I promise updates blogs and photo’s soon. lots of new stuff going on. got a new 42″ plasma (the 32″ LCD is now in the bedroom), new furniture/ curtains from IKEA, weekend trip to the ATL to visit Switt and Jess, and this weekend up to Snowshoe for what will probably be my last snowboarding trip of the season.
