I was visiting my old website today and read the last blog entry on there. 8/31/05 (I have since ported most of the blog entries to this site)Reading that entry got me thinking about where I have come since I’ve moved to charlotte and I think for the most part I’m right where I thought I would be. . . minus the rant in the previous entry.

I’ve got several trips lined up to look forward too (Vegas over July 4th and Hawaii in August). The weather is getting warm again and pool parties and grilling outside have come back into the mix of things. I found a great church in charlotte where I have begun to make more friends. (By the way they are giving out free gas again this Saturday!) I love my job and enjoy going to work each day (despite feeling under paid). I still think relationships are tough and have a hard time telling how people feel (although I’m learning a lot more about how I feel and what I do or don’t want). For those that haven’t heard me and carmen are no longer together. We both realized that we want different things out of life at this point. I guess I’m still in that middle school mind set when it comes to relationships . . . but that isn’t necessarily a bad thing.
