A Quarter Centry
No this is not a new drinking game to be played when you don’t have time for the full centry club. A Quarter Centry is the amount of time I have blessed this world with my presence. Yes that’s right kids, it’s my birthday! My 25th to be exact. And thus far I have spent my day on the phone listening to people talk about things that I just don’t care about. I have one meeting to go and then it’s time to celebrate. If you haven’t heard yet we are all meeting uptown @ 6 for dinner/drinks at picaso’s uptown. Where the party goes from there I do not know but good times are sure to follow.
San Diego and Waterfalls
Last week was a busy week for me but fun. I started off by going to San Diego on Sunday for an Innovation Conference. While out there I hung out with Angela and had some good times in PB and in Tijuana. I took the red-eye back on Thursday and despite being out of the office all week and having a dead laptop still from the week before was able to get a lot done. (still a lot more to do though) Friday i was stuck in an all day work session so I wasn’t able to head out early for the Mountain trip but still made it out there Friday night and finally returned this afernoon. Which means tonight will be the second night that i get to sleep in my own bed in the past week. While out in the mountains we went to Dupont State Park. Engin fell off a 20 foot waterfall which I was sad I didn’t get to see. Of course karma has it’s way of being a bitch and at the next fall I fell in. What I originally thought was a 1 foot hole turned out to be a 5 foot hole.
Movie Reviews
I took this and the last weekend fairly easy and ended up watching a lot of movies. Here are the results:
National Lampoons Adam and Eve:
NO NO NO! Do not see this movie. The cover of the movie made it look like it would follow in the typicall frat party movie that overall probably isn’t good but would provide a few laughs. WRONG! None of the scenes on the cover are in the movie. Instead it is a love story about a guy and girl in college and the girl won’t give it up. Uggg. Definetly a misleading movie. I give it an F
